Georgia’s RV Adventure

Written By: Judy Garrison

RVing attracts solo travelers, families and baby boomers, inviting them to escape on the road and never look back. The travel lifestyle of freedom, spontaneity and endless possibilities lures those who want to avoid the crowds and write their own narrative.
Whether planning a last-minute getaway or months on the road, step on board and make memories. Consider these RV hotspots for an experience that allows one to unplug and get off the grid, all while enjoying the comforts of home.

Only in Georgia

Trackrock Campground and Cabins (and Stables)

For RVs (40-foot max), they have pull-thru and back-in level sites that include water, electricity and sewer. The bath house provides the longer hot shower, just in time to settle in around the fire pit for s’mores and conversation.
Amenities include riding stables, a private lake, a game room, pavilions and seasonal hayrides and worship services. Make reservations online at trackrock.com.
