The 11^th annual event in Blue Ridge features live music, ice sculptures and fire-hot chili from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Taking place in Downtown City Park and East Main Street, entertainment from the Blue Ridge Community Theater actors and ice-carving demonstrations.
