Actually Chastain Park’s spring festival postponed due to the spring lockdown from Covid-19, this rescheduled event is much-anticipated and much-needed after a spring and summer without art festivals in Atlanta parks.
Chastain has always been such a lovely park tucked into the city, and not just because of its much-missed original outdoor concert venue with candelabras and picnic spreads.
This is only the ninth year Chastain has hosted an arts festival and is such a pleasant and art-filled outing that it is ranked in the top 100 in the country. More than 185 artists and artisans will line Chastain Park Drive to provide hours-worth of exploration of jewelry, housewares, clothing, artwork and more.
This event will also feature acoustic performers that will have you popping a squat and enjoying a beautiful day outdoors.
The rescheduled event takes place November 7 and 8. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
