Pie Provisions Pie Kits

Written By: Bre Humphries

‘Tis the season for sweets, and no holiday table is complete without the perfect pie. Spend more time celebrating than stressing over a recipe with Pie Provisions’ Perfect Pie Kits, which include everything you need to finish off your feast.

When customers at Pie Bar in Woodstock kept questioning how to recreate their favorite treats, owners Lauren and Cody Bolden launched this exten- sion of their bakery to put more pie into homes across North Georgia. The kits include a mix for perfectly flaky pie crust along with filling flavors that feature Georgia-grown produce—pecans from Fort Valley’s Pearson Farms, peaches from middle Georgia’s Dickey Farms, and organic fruit from Waynesboro’s Byne Blueberry Farm.

Of course, you can’t go wrong with the Bourbon Pecan for the holidays, but don’t underestimate the Ginger Peach either, which Lauren claims delivers more complex harvest flavors than your traditional sunshiny peach.

Purchase the kits at Pie Bar in Woodstock and Marietta or online at pieprovisions.com.
