Independence Day Celebration  Head to McLemore Resort in Rising Fawn at 6 p.m. on Saturday, July 6 for this annual Fourth of July celebration. This year boasts live music from Brassfield as well as an inflatable sports challenge and bounce house, tasty food and drink as well as a hilarious dunk tank benefiting the Walker County Animal Shelter. The evening will end with a bang at 9:30 p.m. with their fabulous firework celebration. Tickets are $20, with kids under 12 free.
