Organized by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA), the largest annual spring showcase of new homes across metro Atlanta – the 2022 Parade of Homes – will return in April. Spread out over three weekends in April and May, the event represents a wide variety of homes and townhomes with an array of styles, locations and price points.
Dates for the 2022 Parade of Homes are April 23-24, April 30-May 1 and May 7-8. Model homes for participating builders will be open to the public Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The event is FREE to the public and is self-guided. An interactive map of Parade Homes will be available to attendees on the Parade of Homes app.
