Scarecrow Invasion

Event Details

The WDSTK Scarecrow Invasion will take place in Downtown Woodstock from October 1st through the 31st. Registration for the event will open up on September 1st at 10 am at the Woodstock Visitors Center. You are required to register for the event in person. Registration online or over the phone is not an option. We recommend people arrive before 10 am to get in line to register for the event as we normally have a line of people waiting to sign up. Spaces in the event are limited so it is recommended you attempt to register for the event on September 1st.

The public gets to vote for their favorite scarecrow in the event. Voting takes place at the visitors center located at 8588 Main Street and is open Monday to Saturday 10 am to 5 pm. Just drop by any time during the month of October to vote for the scarecrow that you like the best. The votes are $1 each, and businesses with scarecrows may have voting set up in their store for their scarecrow. The winner will receive bragging rights and an awesome trophy.
