Athens’ premier wine event, Athens Wine Weekend, returns to The Classic Center May 20-22, 2022. This event is the largest annual fundraiser for The Classic Center Cultural Foundation and helps provide over $50,000 in hospitality and workforce development scholarships to local students. The weekend will kick off with Amuse-Bouche on Friday where guests can sample local fare paired with the perfect wine. Saturday will kick off with Grand Tasting, and several seminars will be available for guests to deepen their knowledge of the grape. Saturday will conclude with a multi-course, Gourmet Dinner. The event will conclude on Sunday with a delicious buffet and mimosas at the Sparkling Wine Brunch. Consider getting the Full Bottle or Half Carafe package to experience a full weekend of exquisite taste. ClassicCenter.com
