Fall Festival on Ponce

Event Details

Anyone who has been to Fernbank knows the beauty of the old-growth tree-lined streets of Druid Hills en route to Decatur. West of the Historic Fourth Ward, this area may have been trendy long before and perhaps that is due to its shady trees providing a quiet sanctuary in a city of cars.

This bi-annual festival is held in Olmsted Linear Park, named for the landscape architect behind Boston’s Emerald Parkway and the gardens of Asheville’s Biltmore Estate. More than 125 fine arts and crafts booths will showcase some of the most unique designs in works from pottery to wood-crafted furnishings and photography to oil paintings. Local restaurants will provide food and beverage options to satiate you during your visit.

The festival takes place October 10 and 11. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
